SURVISION LPR Cameras allow frictionless exit for Emory Hospital in Atlanta

Micropak LPR cameras have been installed at every entrance and exit of the Hospital Parking

In July 2020, Survision, in partnership with Amano McGann, has just finalized the installation of 8 LPR Cameras at EMORY UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL in Midtown Atlanta, GA.

The Micropak LPR cameras have been installed at every entrance and exit of the Hospital Parking to control access and grant exit to patients and visitors.

Emory Healthcare has been ranked as the best hospital in Georgia and the 22nd best in the United States. They needed a solution to manage their parking facility and give a great experience to their parkers.

These are some of the benefits that Survision LPR cameras are providing:

  • EMORY Hospital offers up to 20 minutes of parking for FREE. Patients and visitors can now stay as long as 20 minutes and the barrier will “magically” open for them at the exit.
  • The Hospital can conveniently validate a ticket. This will allow the driver to skip the ticket machines and quickly leave without the need to open a window.
  • For Transient parkers who use a “Pay-on-foot” machine, Amano Aria system will associate the paid ticket to the parker’s License Plate and allow a frictionless exit.

Thanks to this technology, the Hospital can analyze statistics of the cars parked in their lots and offer a Frictionless and Touchless experience to the parkers.

“In these busy times for the Healthcare Industry, it is a pleasure to know that we can bring a quicker parking experience for patients and visitors” said Laura Caillot, General Manager at Survision.

Survision, global leader in License Plate Recognition Technology, keeps growing its presence in the US by providing an effective support from their warehouse in Miami.
