1001 Pennsylvania Avenue is a Trophy Class office building located on Washington’s most prestigious thoroughfare. The building contains fourteen levels of above-grade office space, encompassing approximately 763,000 rentable square feet, just over 41,000 square feet of ground-level retail space and three levels of underground parking.

The Challenge

The parking experience in this top-level office building needed to be as modern and powerful as the rest. This office facility offers its customers a monthly parking service as part of their offer.

They needed to offer a faster, cleaner, and smarter parking experience for their customers.

Monthly parking is a cold service where you already have all the needed information about who is allowed so the goal is to reduce the entrance/exit friction to the minimum.

The Solution

Scheidt & Bachmann chose Survision Nanopak Rugged LPR Cameras to upgrade the parking facility with the License Plate Recognition capability which allows to match the license plate with the client’s account and automate gate opening.
