Challenge
Smart Parking was in search of a solution to identify cars when entering the parking and an easy and safe way for the user to retrieve his car using the machine.
Solution
SURVISION LPR cameras installed at all Parking entrances and exits. The License plate number will be printed on the ticket and the user can simply park his car on the bottom parking pallet which moves and transports the vehicle to higher levels. In order to collect the car, the driver should enter his license plate number; it will automatically start the system and make it possible for him/her to leave the parking. When leaving the parking lot, the barrier will automatically opens thanks to the LPR camera and the user will not have to stop again.
Results
“This system is so easy to use that it does not require an operator.” In order to park and pick up the car, the driver only needs to enter his License Plate number which is also printed on his ticket.
